Our Quality standards
Qualification system
The goal of our qualification system for suppliers' processes and products is to have 100% of parts supplied by PQA (Product Quality Assurance).
The system comprises seven steps:
- Consultation and choice of supplier
- Definition with the supplier of the Valeo Requirements File
- Definition/acceptance of the Quality Assurance File (QAF)
- Validation of the process
- Acceptance of the initial samples
- Trial period
- Management of PQA (Product Quality Assurance)
