To the best of the Company’s knowledge, the main shareholders were Pardus European Special Opportunities Master Fund (18.54)% of the capital and 18.360% of the voting rights), Morgan Stanley & Co. (11.11 and 11.0%), the Caisse des Dépots et Consignations Group (5.99% and 8.54%), Franklin Resources (4.8% and 4.75%) and Brandes Investment Partners (4.57% and 4.52%).

At December 31, 2007,Valeo held 1,432,804 of its own shares (1.83% of the share capital without voting rights) compared to 603,714 shares at June 30, 2007 (0.8%).
