In order to select the best suppliers and help them constantly improve their performance,
Valeo relies on three quality-evaluation tools:
Convergence, VIP, and e@SI: three purchasing programs to encourage our suppliers to improve constantly and to reward those with exceptional performance.

The purpose of the Convergence program is to optimize cost reduction and quality by improving relations between Valeo and its main suppliers. It also allows Valeo to order most of its materials from the best suppliers.
