Congratulations to teams FUTUCITY (Poland Akademia Sztuk Pi?knych im. Jana Matejki w Krakowie) and CLEY (Mexico Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí UASLP ) who won the Valeo Innovation Challenge this year! Both teams took home the grand prize of 100,000 euros each.
Winning the “Ideas for new ways to use cars” category, FUTUCITY won the jury over with their project – a smart delivery car during the day, a mobile sleeping capsule at night.
The Ours Mobility team from France (EDHEC Business School) took home the second prize of 10,000 euros.
CLEY from Mexico won the “Technological innovation” category with their hydro-generation system project which proposes to create an alternative regenerative braking system that will produce hydrogen (H2) during braking phases. Hydrogen will then be mixed with the gasoline, thereby improving engine combustion efficiency
The SPMIP team from Poland took home the second prize of 10,000 euros.
