Project Quality Engineer

“As a Project Quality Engineer, you are a risk tracker in projects, constantly trying to achieve quality goals through trials, and coordinating members of the project quality team.“

The special features of the Project Quality Engineer are the risk tracker in projects and the quality voice in projects. Constant attempt to achieve quality goals. As well as the coordination of the members of the project quality team.

The biggest challenge is to motivate the team to be a mentor and remove roadblocks. Also the implementation of new Valeo tools in projects. You need to get projects into the green and avoid red. Identify risks in projects at an early stage and solve problems with Valeo tools.

In the project network, you can develop yourself further, e.g. as a team leader for project quality.

The perfect candidate:

  • Good communication with customers and suppliers
  • High competence in tools such as APQP / PPAP / MSA / SPC / FMEA / CP
  • Team player

Supplier Quality Assurance Manager

The special features of the Supplier Quality Assurance Manager are the assurance of quality and the support of suppliers.

The biggest challenge is leading different teams (supplier, purchasing, R&D). The SQA Manager provides a good overall training for every operational automotive professional. Process engineering, plant engineering, R&D, quality, purchasing or sales could be very logical steps after working at SQA. On the other hand, the subcontractor base is growing continuously, so more team members are needed.

The perfect candidate:

  • Technical training
  • Automotive experience in quality or related fields
  • Process Audit Capabilities

System Software Quality Manager

The main task of the System Software Quality Manager is to ensure that the organizational processes are implemented throughout the product line and to ensure that sufficient SWQ resources are available at all locations worldwide for the product line.

The biggest challenge is working in a global environment where we have teams in different locations.
