<page method="xml-texts" num="6"><![CDATA[ENTRETIEN CROISÉ “At the end of the Elevate 2028 plan, Valeo will be financially stronger and even better positioned to take advantage of the current transformation of our sector.” CHRISTOPHE PÉRILLAT Valeo’s Chief Executive Officer How would you describe Valeo’s performance in 2025? What are the key elements of the Elevate 2028 plan? JOINT INTERVIEW How would you describe Valeo’s performance in 2025? Christophe Périllat In 2025, we continued Valeo’s trajectory of profitability improvement, ongoing since 2022. We achieved our financial targets, improved our operating margin and generated a record level of free cash flow before interest and restructuring costs. Our three divisions, Power, Brain and Light, also booked solid orders around the world, particularly in China. Finally, we succeeded in reducing our R&D expenditure by 200 million euros compared with the previous year, and our SG&A costs by 100 million euros over two years, demonstrating increased operating efficiency. Gilles Michel The Group met its financial targets in a difficult market, and generated record levels (1) of free cash flow, managing to turn what might have been a weakness into a real strength. This performance proves the strength of the operational improvements that have been implemented. Valeo has demonstrated its ability to adapt and deliver concrete results in line with market expectations. With Elevate 2028, the Group also presented its vision for the next three years. We are aware that investor confidence will be forged over the long term, by confirming the Group’s ability to consistently deliver higher levels of profitability and cash flow, and by a return to sales growth. (1) Before exceptional restructuring costs and interest. What are the key elements of the Elevate 2028 plan? Christophe Périllat Elevate 2028 aims to mark a new milestone in the Group’s financial improvement trajectory. In 2028, Valeo expects sales of 22-24 billion euros, an operating margin of 6%-7%, and free cash flow after interest of more than 500 million euros. This ambition is based on three key engines: continued improvement in our gross margin, underway since 2022; increased cash generation thanks to the transformation of our business model to structurally generate more cash – which was visible as early as 2025; and a return to growth by 2027, driven by the gradual conversion into sales of our substantial backlog of orders booked since 2022. At the end of this plan, Valeo will be financially stronger and even better positioned to take advantage of the current transformation of our sector.]]></page>
<page method="xml-texts" num="7"><![CDATA[“Valeo is prepared to meet today’s challenges in the sector.” GILLES MICHEL Chairman of Valeo’s Board of Directors What are the Group’s objectives and priorities for 2026? What are the Group’s objectives and priorities for 2026? Gilles Michel In 2026, it will be a matter of demonstrating that we are well and truly committed to the trajectory defined by the Elevate 2028 plan. This is despite the continuing uncertainties in the automotive market and, clearly, in our economic environment. To achieve this, Valeo will continue to deploy all available operating levers with intensity, and to roll out its repositioning strategy, both in terms of businesses and geographical presence. Christophe Périllat I agree with Gilles: the priority is obviously the proper execution of the Elevate 2028 plan. 2025 set a solid foundation for our plan, and we expect 2026 to be perfectly in line with the trajectory we have mapped out. We will achieve this by maintaining discipline on our prices and costs, reinforcing our industrial performance and continuing to reduce our R&D costs, without impacting our capacity for innovation. This is how we will build a stronger, more efficient Valeo.]]></page>
<page method="xml-texts" num="8"><![CDATA[A NEW FINANCIAL TRAJECTORY Elevate 2028 GOALS ACHIEVED IN 2025 €20.9 bn Sales 4.7% Operating margin €371m Free cash flow (1) (1) After interest. NEW GOALS FOR 2026 €20bn to €21bn Sales 4.7% to 5.3% Operating margin > €400m Free cash flow (1) (1) After interest. Three engines driving value creation Continuing the transformation initiated in 2022 with the Move Up plan, in 2025 Valeo unveiled its new strategic plan, Elevate 2028. Capitalizing on the progress made and aiming to strengthen the Group’s performance over the long term, this plan sets out a clear path to value creation. Elevate 2028 is built on three complementary engines. The first is the pursuit of a steady improvement in profitability, which has been maintained since 2022. The second is a significant increase in cash generation from 2025 onwards, reflecting the transformation of the business model to generate structurally higher cash flows. The third is the return to sales growth by 2027, driven by the sales resulting from a robust order book, focused on key vehicle technologies. With Elevate 2028, Valeo is asserting its ability to combine financial performance, technological leadership, and readiness for the mobility solutions of tomorrow. Valeo is positioned to meet the needs of tomorrow can rely on a strong foundation: mastery of cutting- edge technologies, human expertise, and industrial excellence. Artificial intelligence plays a key role, serving as a powerful driver of R&D efficiency, product performance, and operational efficiency. It speeds up development cycles, improves quality and boosts competitiveness, while making the most of the teams’ expertise. In practical terms, this progress translates into a robust order book, backed by long-term contracts for technologies central to electrified, safer, and software-defined vehicles. It also enables Valeo to expand the scope of its applications by adapting its expertise to other mobility uses and more: two- and three-wheelers, charging infrastructure, cooling systems for data centers, agriculture, and specific defense applications. Driven by this technological momentum, Valeo will continue to grow in key car-manufacturing regions such as China, India and North America, and is well-positioned to continue on a path to lasting success through Elevate 2028.]]></page>

<page method="xml-texts" num="22"><![CDATA[AT THE FOREFRONT OF AI IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY Valeo began integrating artificial intelligence into its technologies more than 20 years ago, starting with the first use of machine learning in front cameras. In 2017, a new milestone was reached with the creation of Valeo.ai, the world’s first research center dedicated to automotive industry AI. Today, AI is integrated into all of the Group’s operations and is incorporated into all of its perception systems. A clear goal was set for 2025: to accelerate Valeo’s transformation through AI, with top priority given to research and development, particularly through the AI4ALL program. One step ahead The ability to move faster, further, and more competitively: at Valeo, artificial intelligence has become a key driver that is fundamentally transforming R&D, from software design to system validation. Thanks to generative AI, the virtualization of development environments, and the automation of complex tasks, development cycles are shortened, costs are optimized, and performance is enhanced. AI also complements the teams’ expertise by allowing them to focus on high-value-added innovation. AI: a game-changer in R&D While AI continues to transform R&D, a new phase lies ahead: the large-scale deployment of generative design. In 2025, the Group partnered with Dassault Systèmes for the generative design of mechanical parts and with Zuken for the design of printed circuit boards. These technologies pave the way for advanced design automation. They enhance product performance, shorten development times, and boost the Group’s productivity over the long term. Valeo is evolving its organizational structure in a responsible manner to invest in skills development, workplace safety and well-being, and to support a policy of diversity, equity and inclusion. By placing human capital at the heart of its strategy, Valeo is equipping itself to meet the mobility challenges of tomorrow in a sustainable manner. Sustainable performance based on human capital The Group’s transformation is driven by a strong, shared culture, which is reflected in three key behaviors: agility, courage and solidarity. These pillars, which emerged from a collective reflection process informed by employees, reflect Valeo’s approach to operating in a rapidly-changing environment. This common corporate culture is bolstered by Valeo’s “The Way We Are” program, which promotes engagement, individual responsibility and the collective ability to adapt, in line with the goals of the Elevate 2028 plan. It aims to contribute to carbon neutrality by 2050, with interim targets set for 2030. Within this timeframe, Valeo has committed to reducing CO 2 emissions from its operations (Scopes 1 and 2) by 75% and those from its value chain and the use of its products (Scope 3) by 15%. In 2025, greenhouse gas emissions totaled 39.4 MtCO 2 eq. (Science-Based Targets initiative – SBTi scope), representing a reduction of more than 20% compared to 2019, the baseline year. This structured pathway is integrated into the Group’s industrial strategy and operational decisions. Water and climate: Valeo awarded a rare distinction In 2025, Valeo received the highest rating of “A” from the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) for both climate and water security. This dual recognition places the Group among the world leaders in environmental performance. It commends Valeo’s practical measures, such as the ambitious reduction of CO 2 emissions across the entire value chain, the widespread adoption of technologies that promote low-carbon mobility and strict water management at its plants (an 18% reduction in water consumption between 2019 and 2025). Only about 4% of the companies evaluated (out of more than 20,000) received an A rating. Reducing our environmental footprint also involves making better use of resources. With its 4R program – Robust Design, Remanufacturing, Repair and Recycle –, Valeo places the circular economy at the heart of its business model. The goal is clear: to extend the lifespan of assembled finished products, preserve their value for as long as possible, and reduce the consumption of new raw materials. This approach helps reduce environmental impacts; it also creates new industrial and service opportunities, such as the 2025 launch of a new remanufactured display screen, thanks to enhanced cooperation between Stellantis and Valeo in the area of circularity. A value chain committed to its suppliers Strengthening responsible performance across the entire value chain is essential, and is reflected in Valeo’s commitment to supporting suppliers in addressing sustainable development challenges. 100% of suppliers have already committed to sustainable practices (ethics, human rights, environmental protection, and safety) by signing the Group’s Business Partner Code of Conduct, and 92% of suppliers by production purchase volume were surveyed in 2025 on their sustainable development practices, including in the areas of climate, water, biodiversity, human rights, and labor rights. Tangible local community engagement Sustainable development is also a vehicle for social engagement. Valeo encourages employees at its various sites to work for the benefit of local communities through the “One Site, One Cause” program. In 2025, all Valeo sites participated by carrying out at least one initiative or forming a partnership with a non-profit. These initiatives, focused on education, the environment, access to transportation, and social solidarity, strengthen the Group’s local presence, and give employees the opportunity to make an active contribution to causes in the public interest.
