Dual Direct Drive motors
The Dual Direct Drive front wiper system is a new, lighter and more energy efficient system.
Both arms are powered by their own reversible motor, operating in total synchronization, eliminating the need for mechanical linkage.
The alternating movement is driven by the motor itself, which changes the direction of rotation when the wipers complete each movement, instead of by a conventional linkage/crank plate system.
With the new generation of lightweight motors and optimized efficiency, weight is reduced by 30% (1.7kg) as well as CO2 emissions.
