Chief Ethics, Compliance and Data Protection Officer

Catherine Delhaye is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Valeo that she joined in March 2012. She was then appointed Valeo Global Data Protection Officer in 2018.

Catherine Delhaye started her career as a bar member, with French IT Law Firm Alain Bensoussan. She then joined Accenture for 16 years where she held different positions such as France Benelux Legal Director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America Deputy General Counsel and finally, Deputy General Counsel  and Regulatory Ethics and Compliance, Global Director.

Ms. Delhaye is the co-founder and President of the French “Cercle de la Compliance”, a nonprofit association focusing on the promotion of Compliance in France that she chaired from 2017 to 2024.
