CEO of Valeo Light Division & Group Executive Vice President

Jean-Luc Terrasse is CEO of the Valeo Light Division and Group Executive Vice President, since July 2026. He is also Vice President of the Wiper Systems product group, a position he has held since January 2016.

Jean-Luc Terrasse began his career at Valeo in 1989. Since then, he has built an extensive international track record through various senior executive roles. His expertise spans operations, industrial management, product development, and commercial leadership. He held positions across multiple Valeo business units, including Engine Management Systems, Electronics and Ignition, and Special Lighting Products, but also for Alstom Grid, Johnson Controls Automotive, and Safran.

He holds an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon ENISE.
