Chief Human Resources Officer
Magali Castano is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Valeo that she joined in September 2026.
She began her career in Human Resources at PSA Group, before joining Shell where she served for 10 years in various Human Resources management positions in Shell’s Downstream Europe organization.
In 2011, she joined Technip and served in various Human Resources leadership positions, then as TechnipFMC’s Vice President Human Resources & Communications Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa and from January 2018 as Vice President People Development, Corporate.
At the formation of Technip Energies in 2021, she was appointed as Chief People Officer, member of the Executive Committe.
Magali Castano holds a master’s degree in business from HEC Paris.
