The task of Maintenance is to ensure that the systems are properly maintained in compliance with our company-wide standards and safety regulations. The focus of maintenance is on ensuring the technical availability of machines, systems and equipment.

The task of Project Management is to achieve project goals in terms of quality, on time and within budget, and to limit risks. The core task in this area is to ensure customer satisfaction on the one hand and to act as a competent contact for all internal and external project issues on the other.

Purchasing
The task of Purchasing is to find the most competitive, innovative and reliable suppliers – worldwide. This applies both to the selection of suppliers within projects and to the procurement of goods and services in the indirect sector. In this way, suppliers are checked and selected, the quality of the purchased goods is monitored and a contribution is made to optimizing the supply chains.

In addition to developing sales strategies, Sales & Business Development is responsible for quality and price management as well as supporting the entire product development process and its life cycles – both internally and externally.

Process-Methods Engineering
The task of Process Methods Engineering is to optimally prepare for the future by identifying upcoming digital transformations and demonstrating how they can be implemented. As the interface between project and production, the working world optimizes existing production systems for series production in the case of new developments.
12.
Finance
The task of Finance is to assume commercial responsibility for the company and to ensure smooth processes at Group, department, plant or division level. The Finance department bundles the activities in the areas of controlling, accounting/reporting, taxes and cash management at Valeo.
