Valeo Showcases Next-Generation Smart Cooling Technologies at Data Centre World Paris 2025

Valeo leverages its world-leading thermal systems expertise to support the data center industry.

October 29, 2025 — Paris — At Data Centre World Paris 2025, taking place on November 5–6 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Valeo presents innovative solutions leveraging its advanced engineering expertise in scalable, high-performing, and sustainable smart cooling solutions for data centers and AI infrastructures. Visit us: Pavilion 7.1, booth B22.

As digital infrastructures expand and AI computing power increases, data centers face mounting challenges in cooling and energy management. Valeo, the world leader in thermal systems for mobility, can directly contribute through its technologies to address these
challenges.

For decades, the Group has been mastering the management of heat, energy efficiency, and reliability under extreme operating conditions — challenges that now mirror those faced by the data industry. Valeo’s solutions transfer its proven technologies to new applications but also play an active role in making digital infrastructures more sustainable and resilient. Through scalable, energy-efficient innovations, Valeo is contributing to the transition toward data centers that combine performance, density, and reduced environmental impact.

During the two-day event, visitors will experience Valeo’s comprehensive range of technologies designed to optimize Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE), helping data centers achieve greater efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Key innovations presented at the event include:

  • Valeo’s Aluminum Rear Door Heat Exchangers, a newly developed alternative to traditional copper based heat exchangers. These exchangers seamlessly integrate into existing infrastructures, capturing heat with 30% greater efficiency while being 80% lighter, offering significant performance optimization and carbon footprint reduction.
  • Valeo’s Two-Phase Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling (DLC) Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU), a solution to enable maximum cooling efficiency using dielectric fluids instead of water, specifically addressing the challenges of high-power CPUs and GPUs. By smartly reducing energy use for cooling and efficiently facilitating heat recovery in the facility water, it contributes to a more circular and sustainable approach to data infrastructure design.
  • Valeo’s Edge Data Center Immersive Cooling Unit, designed for deployment in compact, outdoor environments. This scalable 1U to 2U standalone system offers superior cooling of 1kW capacity at 50°C ambient temperature, robust temperature and weather resistance, and reliable operation without the need for any supporting facility water infrastructure.
