Valeo and Trico Agree to Settle All Outstanding IP Disputes

Paris, May 24, 2016 – Valeo and Trico Today Announced The Settlement of All Pending Intellectual Property Litigation Between The Two Companies.
 

The Agreement will lead to the immediate dismissal of all pending IP litigation in U.S.
district court, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. Patent Office between the companies.

The terms of the out-of-court settlement are confidential. The parties have resolved their differences and there will be no further litigation or appeals within North America with respect to the asserted patents, which are directed to windshield wiper blade technology held by both companies.
