  Telematics Unit for mainstream applications

  The Telematics unit for mainstream is introduced for mainstream applications as a comprehensive solution designed to meet regulatory requirements such as eCall, ISA, and RTM.

  The Telematics Unit enables seamless communication between the vehicle and external systems. With eCall functionality, it automatically contacts emergency services in the event of an accident, providing precise location information to expedite response times and potentially save lives.

  Body & Chassis Front End Modules

  Front End Modules

  Front End Modules include Active Grille Shutters, Heat Exchanger, Radiators and a Fan System enclosed in a shroud. Front End Modules can manage the airflow at the front of the vehicle for both aerodynamic performance and cooling requirements (cabin or battery). As part of the vehicle structure, Front End Modules are also designed for crash absorption and resistance.

  Smart Heat Pump Dual

  A Heat Pump is the evolution of the Air Conditioning (A/C) system: it is now able to cool the cabin but also to warm it, using the thermodynamic cycle of a refrigerant gas.

  Over time, EV Heat Pump systems have increased in complexity, taking more and more space while their cost has become quite substantial. Designing compact modules is becoming the main trend.

  Brushless Motor

  A brushless motor is an electric motor that runs on direct current (DC) and does not have mechanical brushes.

  With the lowest noise (43 dBA), weight (710g), packaging (819 cm³) and best EMC (Class 5) for a wiper motor, Valeo’s Brushless Motor is available as reversible.

  Valeo offers a full range of torques for passenger vehicles (33-43Nm) and trucks and buses (45Nm).
